The Creek flows merrily today because someone dared to dream and others joined to realize it. Blessed are those who do not wish comfort, luxury and contentment for themselves alone, but, who strive for the development of the society. While many travel abroad to enjoy the place and for sightseeing or business, Mr. E. Narendra spent his time understanding and evaluating the current and progressive system of education worldwide and how it could benefit our children back here. Sharing his dream was Mr. T. Pandu Ranga Chary a successful entrepreneur and together they are the sailors navigating the ship called ‘The Creek’ towards success.

In all these years of experience, I learnt one very simple, yet, very significant lesson; the need of the society is like the ocean and the service we render are like the drops. So, I am determined to add as many drops as I can and tell my self, ‘I tried my best’. Today, my vision is set on raising the stature of Futuristic Edu Initiatives, as well as adding more Schools to the group, as they are the platform to nurture the future global leaders. The task is arduous and the path grueling, but, I have two things going for me, one my family’s motivation and other the society’s unstinted support.

We dream for betterment. This dream comes from experience that we have had in the past. I too had a dream to provide children with a school that would be like a whiff of fresh air in this suffocating world. Every thing about ‘Creek’ is fresh, right from its name, to the facilities, to the style of teaching and ambiance. I hope Creek will help many to realize their dreams too and that is our dream.

The Creek Planet School is committed to intellectual brilliance. Together with all our branches under FEI-Futuristic Edu Initiatives, staff & students of The Creek work towards clearly focused educational, personal, and social goals.

We as a team believe preparing our students for a future is more important than anything else. Learning subject content is not sufficient for present day situation. Rather we have to train the young generation for today and tomorrow to equip them with life skills, communication skills and make them understand their culture.

This facilitate them to appreciate the culture across the world for better survival when they are placed at any part of the world. This helps them to endure and accept to our ever changing world. We work on nurturing of human values and social skills among our young learners to make them realize that this would be the source of happiness and fundamental base for success in life.

Next very significant part of education is ASSESSMENTS. Will students take pleasure in the examination!!! Did we ever come across any student who takes pleasure during the examination?There is no ideal answer as the opinions differ from student to student. ‘Can we make our students enjoy every form of assessment just the way they enjoy every ball in the game?’ As a facilitator this question tickles me quite often, when I see most of the students are worried, tensed, stressed out, for their examinations.

The CCE offered by CBSE is one of the best opportunities to make our students recognize assessments are not to prove, but to improve. Classroom discussions, conceptual activities, lab activities, field visits, group activities, project presentation, etc would be the plat form for our students to learn and get equipped with knowledge to face the assessments, but not the rote memory before scheduled examinations. However they need practice for summative assessments to revise but not to memorize. The present world is looking for application of knowledge, reasoning and logical thinking for which we try to provide different classroom teaching-learning activities.

As Facilitators…. we train them how to face the assessments either formative or summative; we make them aware of what is being expected from them; we help them to relate and apply their knowledge to the questions posed; we guide them to derive knowledge from the class discussions; we help them to gain confidence based on their abilities.

I would like to conclude that we can together bring revolution in the students’ perception on examination and we can bench upon the students’ attitude and confidence.
