depending on the parent\u2019s convenience and availability. The first visit will take 60 to 90 minutes to complete the initial five steps. During the second visit, steps 6 and 7 can be finished in about 30 minutes, while steps 8, 9, and 10 can be completed in the third visit, requiring an additional 60 to 90 minutes. Alternatively, if all necessary documents and the student are available, the entire process may be completed in a single visit.<\/p>
