We all aspire for betterment, and these aspirations are often shaped by the experiences we carry from our past. I, too, held a dream—to create a school that would feel like a breath of fresh air in an increasingly demanding and cluttered world. With this vision in mind, The Creek Planet School was conceived.
Everything about The Creek Planet School is refreshing—its very name, the thoughtfully designed facilities, the approach to teaching, and the overall ambiance. My hope is that – The Creek, becomes a place where many children and families find the space to nurture their dreams.

Change is constant and inevitable. Today, the meaning of education is being defined keeping in mind a wider panorama and perspective, which is closely linked to the needs of the new generation. What is expected from education at present was predicated ages ago by Gurudev.
Listening to what children say is the key to creating a positive environment in the classroom/ school. Generating curiosity that entails acts of observing, listening, questioning and wondering makes the child an independent and confident learner. Their discoveries, ideas and products need to be welcomed and should light up all the spaces.
A true sense of learning is highlighted when the learner is at the epicenter. Adapting to Heutagogy, the pedagogy that gives scope to the students to approach learning as a self-directed learning process, where the students take the lead and self-analyse their own development, potential and skills rather than simply acquiring knowledge. All educators need to be the facilitators and catalysts, guiding the students’ independent exploration and problem-solving journey for sustainability.…
The three main components of meaningful education are Knowledge, Skills and Character.
Knowledge is about subject understanding and its integration, inter/ multi-disciplinary and global outreach. Curiosity, Courage, Resilience, Empathy and Ethics are the strong foundation of Character. Requisite skills are Creativity, Critical thinking, Communication and Collaboration. All the components, when well defined and woven, can create a successful and achievable story in education.
Technology and AI are playing a very crucial role in all fields, and it is important that we keep our students updated and aware of the future needs, for them to be able to stand shoulder to shoulder with Global students. With the advent of technology, we also need to ensure that our students do not lose out on relationships, emotional bonding and strength. In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, along with physiological, safety, love and belongingness, self-esteem and self-actualisation are the aesthetic needs too. As a researched fact, aesthetic awareness plays a very crucial role in the student’s mental growth, as appreciation of beauty brings in self-confidence in the students, and their overall performance enhances multifold.
Education is a celebration, a joyful time, excitement, gratification and a pleasure. It is our responsibility as educators to bring in all these beautiful elements in the lives of our students so that their memories are always worth sharing with the next generation.

A long time educationalist and enthusiastic learning professional and a researcher committed to making learning momentous at all levels. Focused on customized professional learning, developing leadership, nurturing collaborative climate with the aid of technology. With around two and half decades of core experience that includes academia and corporate industry bring a crisp understanding of human capital development and capacity building. She has been associated with several organisations in the ITES, Education , Events & Entertainment industry and have working experience in Operations, HR, Customer services, L & D(Training & Content development).
A Certified Master Trainer and Lead Assessor with the NSDC, Psychometric Test Professional , Training & Development Professional, Psychological Tools & Techniques Professional, Clinical Hypnotherapist and into Art therapy she has undertaken several Freelance Training & Content development assignments in the corporate as well as academia. Her experience includes Skill gap analysis, Program Design and all other aspects of Training.
She is associated with several projects to create sustainable business models that would help bring a change in the life and livelihood issues via women empowerment and capacity building programs. It is her firm belief that unless and until the human capital is developed at the base of the pyramid, our society will always have scope for socio-economic development and this cannot happen if we don’t reach out to the unheard and diminishing voices of the women folk. She wears many hats apart from being from heading Academics for the Futuristic Edu Initiatives group, she is also on board as the State Coordinator for Center for Educational Development, on the Board of Advisory for Sports Academy Association of India.
Apart from being a recipient of several awards and honors for her work in the field of environment and education, she is also a journal reviewer with the Institute of Scholars. She practices activism through her writings and has published several papers on women . Currently she is associated with the International Lions Club as the Secretary of Secunderabad Samaritans is serving the society through lionism. She is also on board with the National Human Rights Women & Child Commission, Telangana as a Vice President.
In exploring the world of humans and raising their capacity via skilling programs, she felt that there is a great need in fostering and addressing the learning interventions at an early stage. A believer of experiential learning, she is passionate about providing learning programs that will create nurturing, respectful class environment full of learning, where children care about the world around them, embrace and value diversity, and inspire curiosity beyond the school day and has designed curriculum for the early and primary years and is being used in several schools.

Ms. Anupama Devi has been a mathematics mentor with 22 years of teaching experience from primary to secondary grade levels and taken up different leadership roles in Futuristic Edu Initiatives. She has been associated with the organisation for more than a decade.
She is a postgraduate in Mathematics and Education and has done Cambridge international certificate in Educational Leadership (CICEL). She is currently working as an Academic Officer at Futuristic Edu initiatives. She has participated in the Annual National Sahodaya schools conference conducted by CBSE on the Themes & Transforming Education through Skill Development and Building Competencies in Challenging conditions.
She has completed training courses from Diksha on Competency based Education, Learning outcomes and pedagogies, Experiential Learning, Art Integration, Pedagogy in Mathematics and Health and Well being. With this belief, she train the teachers to implement the Experiential learning model in the classrooms so that the learners will apply what they have learnt to solve real-world challenges and develop 21st-century skills.
She values collaborative learning, positive relationships, and building capacity amongst the teachers to effectively allow them to exchange their ideas and strategies to attain the outcomes and update their skills.
